N.O.W.S offers a comprehensive wellbeing programme designed to support young adults ages 17-25yrs in enhancing their mental health and overall wellbeing.
This innovative programme combines yoga, Pilates, and body and mind strengthening movement-based activities with additional supportive services to provide a holistic approach to mental health care.
The physical component of the programme focusses on the benefits of movement to improve both physical and mental health. Yoga and Pilates are integrated to promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation, while also encouraging mindfulness and stress reduction. These movement practices help participants connect with their bodies, release tension, and build resilience, which can be particularly valuable for young adults navigating life transitions, academic pressures, or social stressors.
In addition to the physical activities, the NOWS programme includes mental health support through therapeutic coaching and life skills coaching.
