We ensure that any information provided will be treated as confidential in keeping with Client confidentiality guidelines.

National Online Wellbeing Services, trading as N.O.W.S and complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that data held about you must only be used for specific purposes as defined by law. This Fair Processing Notice has been created to inform you about the types of information held about you, why that information is held about you, and to whom that information may be shared. 

Basic information about you, such as name, address, date of birth and emergency contact details. 

Notes and feedback from any support you receive when working with N.O.W.S will be stored for our records only and any information. 

N.O.W.S is committed to processing information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  Consent forms and user details must be completed before anyone who takes part in online 1-2-1 Coaching / Mentoring.  All personal data collected on our forms will be held securely and will only be used for administrative purposes. All data and information discussed in each session is completely confidential. N.O.W.S aim to provide a safe experience and personal transformation within the program / course undertaken. 

Under the data protection act 2018 any personal data will NOT be shared with any third parties, all data is confidential and is kept safe and secure.  All data and information discussed in each 1-2-1 session is completely confidential.

The only time that data will be shared with any other trusted organisations NHS, SET CAMHS, HCRG Care Group, Barnardos, Essex Crisis team and PCN's will be to refer for further support if there is a need for a higher end of emotional / mental health support / therapy.
