Alexandria Constantinou
Hi, I’m Alexandria (Lexi) . I’m here to listen, support you, and help make life feel a little easier. I know things can feel tricky, whether it’s managing big emotions, school stress, or feeling like you don’t quite fit in.
Growing up, I faced my own challenges. I was born blind in one eye, which made me feel different from others, and later I struggled with anxiety and PTSD. On top of that, being dyslexic and dyspraxia made school and everyday tasks harder, often leaving me feeling frustrated and misunderstood. But over time, I discovered ways to navigate these challenges, and one of the most important lessons I learnt is that asking for help isn’t a weakness—it’s one of the bravest things you can do.
Now, a big part of my life is my service dog, Koda, my superhero who keeps me calm and grounded. I am also a rug artist and a woodworker. Creativity has taught me that mistakes are part of the process and that something rough can turn into something beautiful.
When we work together, my goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and supported while we find tools to make life better—and maybe even fun! I can’t wait to meet you and see all the amazing things you’ll do!
