A space to breathe, move, grow and reconnect with yourself.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether navigating school, work, family life, relationships or personal challenges, it is important to have the time and space to look after your mental, emotional and physcial wellbeing.

Thrive with Freedom is a 6 - 12 week supportive wellbeing programme for young people and adults, designed to nurture emotional, mental and physical wellbeing through a blend of therapeutic coaching, movement, breathwork, frequencies and relaxation.

At N.O.W.S, we believe wellbeing is about progress and not perfection. It is about learning practical ways to support yourself, building resilience through life's challenges and recognising the strengths that already exist within you.

What to Expect

Therapeutic Coaching
Explore practical tools and techniques that support confidence, emotional wellbeing, resilience and personal growth.

Movement for Wellbeing
Gentle movement practices designed to encourage connection, improve wellbeing and release stress and tension held within the body.

Breathwork and Relaxation
Simple techniques that can help you feel calmer, more balanced and better equipped to navigate everyday challenges.

Sound and Mindfulness
Experience restorative sound and mindfulness practices that create space for reflection, relaxation and emotional reset.

Sessions are available both online and in person, making support accessible in a way that works for you.

Whether you are taking your first step on your wellbeing journey or looking to strengthen the tools you already have, these sessions provide an opportunity to pause, reconnect and invest in yourself.

Availble in secondary schools, sixth forms, colleges, universities, community hubs, family hubs across Essex.
