Online Guided Meditation

Online Guided Meditation

‘Mindfulness of Breathing’ uses the breath as an object of concentration.

By focusing on the breath you become aware of the mind’s tendency to jump from one thing to another by raising your consciousness and self-awareness.

The simple discipline of concentration brings us back to the present moment and all the richness of experience that it contains. It is a way to develop mindfulness, the faculty of alert and sensitive awareness.

It is an excellent method for cultivating the states of intense meditative absorption known as dhyana. As well as this, the mindfulness of breathing is a good antidote to restlessness and anxiety, and a good way to relax.

Concentration on the breath has proven positive effects on your entire physical and mental state.

The meditation has four progressive stages leading to a highly enjoyable level of concentration.

Meditation daily can strengthen the mind and body connection.

Yoga moves you from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system, or from flight-or-flight to rest-and-digest.

You typically have less anxiety and enter a more relaxed state. As soon as you start breathing deeply, you slow down out of fight-or-flight to calm your nervous system

Through yoga, you get to know yourself and cultivate a more non-judgmental relationship with yourself. You are building self-trust.

At the end of the day, everything comes down to your relationship with yourself. When you get more confident and become more rooted in your inner self, you develop a healthy, balanced ego, where you have nothing to prove and nothing to hide. You become courageous, with high willpower.

Yoga makes us recognize qualities in ourselves that we were not aware of, helping us be more mindful.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an alternative therapy for rebalancing emotional wellbeing and providing physical pain relief. Its also known as 'psychological acupuncture'. It was introduced by Gary Craig following on from Chinese medicine; acupuncture, to create good health. It has been said that any disruption on the body’s energy is the cause of all negative emotions, pain, emotional wellbeing and mental health, which includes anxiety, depression and PTSD as well as influencing sickness or disease.

EFT uses a sequence of light tapping (on yours body's meridian points / energy spots) and language (repeated sentences to change a negative to a positive). This unlocks and creates a positive energy flow through our meridian points, whilst changing neurological pathways and last as long as the intensity of the pain or emotion does. EFT is very effective and an holistic process to free your mind and body, releasing and reframing any emotional attachments / feelings that no longer serve you with a positive outcome. Its positive effects are also used to free you from addiction, fears and phobias.
