Louise Hunt

Hi, my name is Lou.

My journey began as a detached youth worker and later led me into casework supporting exploited teenagers. I’ve always loved working with young people, but after years of crisis work I experienced burnout and significant loss and had to learn new ways to support and regulate my own nervous system while recovering.

That experience changed how I work. I believe growth happens when people feel supported, challenged and genuinely connected. I’m passionate about helping young people navigate difficult times and guiding them towards greater confidence, resilience and authenticity.

Much of my life and work are inspired by my connection to nature and community. Supporting someone to discover more about themselves and watching them take steps towards where they want to be is incredibly rewarding.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me in my camper van, free-diving, rock climbing or taking a cold water dip followed by a sauna. I’m drawn to places and spaces that nurture collective connection and shared experience.

I’m also a creative at heart. I love photography, foraging wild food and experimenting with natural dyes and inks made from plants and mushrooms, exploring how we can live more closely and in harmony with the natural environment.
