Welcome back to a new year! We are happy to share some exciting news about our amazing range of treatments and products that we are launching this year!

 

We have recently opened a safe space at our N.O.W.S hub in Southend to offer 1-2-1 treatments and mini workshops. Our treatment room is now open and here's a glimpse of what we can offer:

 

 

Reiki Sessions: Reiki promotes healing for both children and adults. Treating the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many benefits including relaxation, pain relief, a sense of security and wellbeing.

 

Sound Therapy: Sound therapy is a non-talking therapy that supports children, young people and adults for the improvement of emotional wellbeing and mental health, by listening to the magical sounds of the crystal singing bowls, drums and chimes.

 

Crystal Workshops: for children and adults. Learn about the history of crystals, the properties, how to clean and care for your crystal and how to use them.

 

1-2-1 Coaching: Our experienced coaches are here to support you on your journey, emotionally . Benefit from personalised coaching sessions tailored to your unique needs…

‘Young Voices for Change’ who we aim to work with for advice from a young person's perspective. It is so important to us that we are actively listening to young people in order to shape our services and make lasting and authentic change where needed for young people’s mental health and wellbeing.
