Nicola Harrington-Bass

Hello, my name is Nicola. I am a mother of two children and have been working as a fitness and group exercise instructor for over 10 years. I deliver a variety of classes to support physical and mental wellbeing across a range of age groups.

Before having my children, I spent 7 years working as a secondary school teacher after achieving a first-class degree in Education (BAQTS). During that time, I progressed to Head of Department and played a key role in helping the school achieve its Sports College status.

Since childhood, I’ve always adored how physical activity and movement can act as a powerful catharsis for built-up energy and emotions—whether it's to release tension, clear the mind, or bring balance to the day ahead.

These days, I truly reap the benefits of how exercise supports physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. I witness how classes help individuals manage stress, anxiety, and negative energy from daily life, while also building confidence, strength, and overall health.

My mission is simple: to help others find their inner balance through movement, while embracing resilience and cultivating a positive mindset.
