Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT) is an alternative therapy for rebalancing emotional & mental wellbeing as well as supporting physical pain relief. Its also known as 'psychological acupuncture'. It was introduced by Gary Craig following on from Chinese medicine and acupuncture, to create good health. It has been said that any disruption on the body’s energy is the cause of all negative emotions, pain, emotional wellbeing and mental health, which includes anxiety, depression and PTSD as well as influencing sickness or disease.
EFT uses a sequence of light tapping on yours body's meridian / acupuncture points whilst using positive language (repeated sentences that can change a negative to a positive). This unlocks and creates a positive energy flow throughout our body whilst changing neurological pathways and last as long as the intensity of the pain or emotion does. EFT is very effective and an holistic process to free your mind and body, releasing and re-framing any emotional attachments and feelings, from a memory or event, that no longer serve you, with a positive outcome. Its positive effects are also used to free you from addiction, fears and phobias.
Meditation practice is a lifetime tool focusing on the mind, body and energy integration to calm the mind from over thinking, connecting with the flow of breath, senses, bringing focus back to the present moment enhancing overall wellbeing.

Meditation is not seen as a religion, it's a natural technique of awareness that teaches us to connect to our natural flow of our breath whilst using visualisation techniques and exercises to calm, gain focus and to improve mental and emotional clarity.
It has such a profound outcome to a better mental health and emotional wellbeing for all ages. Just 5 mins a day can make a big improvement.

Workshops 30 mins for children / young people. Staff / Parents / Carers 60 mins
Minimum of 15 people and maximum of 30 people per workshop
£10 per child / young person, £25 per adult.
Workshops 30 mins class of 30 students plus a teacher. 1st workshop investment £200+vat, 2nd workshops £150+vat* and for 3rd workshop £100+vat*NB must be booked for the same day.
