Thrive with freedom workshop

N.O.W.S offers a comprehensive wellbeing programme designed to support  in enhancing mental health and overall wellbeing through movement. 

The physical component of the programme focusses on the benefits of movement to improve both physical and mental health.

In addition to the physical activities, the N.O.W.S programme includes;

  • Build emotional intelligence, regulation and balance 
  • Improve coping mechanisms, and develop practical skills for managing day to-day challenges.

What's involved in the programme;

  • Yoga and Pilates are integrated to promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation, while also encouraging mindfulness and stress reduction. These movement practices help participants connect with their bodies, release tension, and build emotional and mental resilience. 
  • Sound and frequency 
  • Breathing and grounding 
  • These practices can reduce anxiety, improve focus, and increase emotional stability, making it easier for young adults to navigate the pressures of modern life.

By blending movement and mindfulness, N.O.W.S offers a well-rounded programme that empowers people to manage emotional and mental wellbeing proactively
