N.O.W.S offers comprehensive mind, body and movement sessions.
The physical component of each session focusses on the benefits of movement to improve both physical, mental health and emotional wellbeing.
In addition to the physical activities sessions include;
- Build emotional intelligence, regulation and balance
- Improve coping mechanisms, and develop practical skills for managing day to-day challenges.
What's involved;
- Yoga and Pilates are integrated to promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation, while also encouraging mindfulness and stress reduction. These movement practices help participants connect with their bodies, release tension, and build emotional and mental resilience.
- Sound and frequency
- Breathing and grounding
- These practices can reduce anxiety, improve focus, and increase emotional stability, making it easier for young adults to navigate the pressures of modern life.
By blending movement and mindfulness, N.O.W.S offers this level of intervention that empowers people to manage emotional and mental wellbeing proactively through movement and regulation.
Our inclusive community hub classes adapt to all levels, providing a safe, supportive space to build confidence, resilience, and strength.
Sessions are for 1 hour a week.
