A safe space for young adults (17–25) to feel calmer, more confident, and supported.
N.O.W.S runs gentle mind, body and movement sessions designed to support your wellbeing. If life feels stressful, overwhelming, or you just need time for yourself, these sessions give you simple tools to feel better in your mind and body.
What to expect
Each session lasts up to 1 hour a week and includes:
Easy movement – gentle exercises (inspired by yoga and pilates) to help you feel stronger, release tension, and move at your own pace.
Breathing and calming techniques – simple ways to ease stress and settle your mind when things feel too much.
Relax and listen – soothing sounds and quiet time to help you feel calmer and more focused.
You don’t need any experience, and you can take part in-person or online – whatever feels right for you.
