Thrive with freedom workshop

If you are experiencing anxiety, low self worth, stress, overwhlem, you are not alone. This is a safe space to feel calmer, increase self belief and confident, and supported.

N.O.W.S provides gentle mind, body and movement sessions designed to support your wellbeing. If life feels stressful, overwhelming, or you just need time for yourself, these sessions give you simple tools to feel better in your mind and body.

What to expect

Each session lasts up to 1 hour a week and includes:

  • Theraputic coaching - Build resilience, confidence, and emotional wellbeing through theraoutic coaching modailities and practices. 

  • Move your body – gentle movement to help you feel stronger, release stress and tension held in the body.

  • Easy breathing – gentle breathing exercises you can use anytime to feel less overwhelmed.

  • Relax and listen – soothing sounds and quiet time to help you feel calmer and more focused.

You don’t need any experience, and you can take part in-person or online – whatever feels right for you.

Inclusive and welcoming

Our sessions are open to all levels. You can join in as much or as little as feels comfortable – there’s no pressure and no judgement.

How to join

Sessions run weekly for 6–12 weeks

Online or in person (currently 2 venue: St Marks Hall, Rochford & Holy X, Basildon)
