I am a Wellbeing coach with a passion for all things mindset. I have taken a holistic approach to my work which allows me to offer clients a bespoke toolkit they can carry forward with them, offering the skills to help them deal with life’s challenges, however tough, and come out the other side stronger, calmer and feeling like themselves.

I have always been a curious, and I thought – positive person, but as I moved through life, I began to realise that although I was positive on the outside, my inner voice wasn’t so kind. Whilst struggling with infertility, I turned to counselling which helped me to lead myself through a challenging time. However, it also piqued my curiosity in how the mind worked, it’s connection to our decision making and to our bodies.

After having our first child, I started to offer holistic therapies, massage and Reflexology. Keen to further explore the body-mind connection, I qualified as a Pilates teacher. A few life events and years later, I became an NLP Practitioner which has consolidated my knowledge of the mind and body connection. More recently, I have completed my Level 2 Counselling Skills qualification.

There have been many highs and hurdles along the way; welcoming our second child, relocating from London back to Essex, losing a close family member and another suffering from a life altering illness; seeing friends lose loved ones, the highs and lows of raising a family, embracing neuro-diversity, renovating a house, the pandemic… there’s a long list.

Life will always have its challenges, as humans we have a lot of natural resilience – which is a fantastic skill when you’re in a crisis and need to be in survival mode, but this is not the ideal way to continue to move forward in life. And not necessary. Having studied nurturing and attachment, I understand how our formative life experiences can impact on our decision making and emotional well-being – as both children and adults.

Asking for help can be a difficult first step. Rather than suffer silently, feeling isolated and alone, heavy with the weight of it all, it’s possible to learn to recognise when something feels off and know how to access support to help us to move forward. Recognising patterns and breaking cycles of behaviour are key life skills and the path to a more content life.

To be able to work with someone to help them move forward from old ways of being, breaking limiting beliefs and finding a clearer, lighter life path is truly rewarding.

I can’t wait to work with you.
