Transitional Workshop Terms

Terms and conditions

In order to receive any pre-recorded year 6 Transitional video, please read, agree and sign the following terms and conditions in this confidentiality document.

N.O.W Is The Time For Change own the rights to the transitional workshop content, the video must not be passed to any third parties and must not be posted to any social media platforms (Facebook, instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, Tiktok), Any content taken from the video and taken on any platforms is copyright and therefore legal action will be taken. This also includes copyright of the workshop.

Schools send the video to only one email address for the parent / guardian and therefore it should not be emailed to any other email address outside of this from either the school or parents.

The schools will be responsible to make any parents aware of the terms and conditions attached to the film being emailed to them.

Any material, including videos sent to you are confidential and copyright to N.O.W Is The Time For Change and must not be disclosed to any other student other than the 30 students confirmed as receiving this funded year 6 transition workshop.

Confidentiality, Copyright & Media Consent

All content and materials delivered during N.O.W.S. workshops and assemblies, including but not limited to presentations, activities, written resources, verbal instruction, and multimedia materials, are the intellectual property and copyrighted materials of N.O.W.S.

Media Use by the School
Schools acknowledge and agree that:

No part of the N.O.W.S. workshop or assembly content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or used outside of the facilitated session without prior written permission from N.O.W.S.

No photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings of N.O.W.S. workshops or assemblies may be taken or used by the school without prior written approval from N.O.W.S.

Media Use by N.O.W.S.
N.O.W.S. agrees that:

N.O.W.S. will not photograph, record, or otherwise capture images, video, or audio of students during workshops or assemblies without prior consent.

Any use of photos, videos, or recordings involving students for promotional, educational, or archival purposes will require separate, explicit written consent obtained in advance from the school and/or relevant parents or guardians, in accordance with school policy.

By signing this agreement, both parties confirm their understanding of and compliance with these confidentiality, copyright, and media consent requirements.
